The proper function of a high performance 2-stroke powerplant depends on a perfectly cleaned and tuned carburetor. A carb is made up of many small passages and parts. A tiny piece of debris lodged in a jet or a tube can ruin a race.
Tuning consists in checking that all ducts are free of imperfections for maximum reliability and accuracy of carburetion, and air/fuel hydrodinamic optimization into passages.
A specific jets kit for the average outside temperature of use requested by the customer and the type of engine will also be mounted. Is therefore necessary, at the end of the order, insert a note into the field containing the engine model on which you are going to assemble the carburettor and the average outdoor temperature at the time of use.
